This year for Refugee Week, Lora from FVRSG worked with the Year 1 and Year 5 children from Ethelbert Road School in Faversham on the topic of “Community is a Superpower”.
The children thought about what qualities would make a good superhero in their community and produced some excellent art to show this.
The art was put on display at Creek Creative in Faversham throughout Refugee Week and on the final Saturday Lora was on site to provide visitors with some background to the project and the children’s work.
We are so proud of all the effort the children put into their work. They really thought about the topic and produced some stunning art for us to enjoy.
